Sölden in Ötztal has become one of the Hot Spots for downhill trail aficionados, enduro fans and free-riders. Over many years the trails high above Sölden have been secret insider tips, proven by Rasenmäher's popular "Schnitzeljagd" paper chase event. §1 Organiser
Moving Adventures Medien GmbH with its registered office in 80337 Munich, Thalkirchnerstr. 58 and adidas TERREX are organising a raffle.
The raffle we are organising is in no way connected with Apple Inc. Apple Inc. is neither a sponsor nor involved in our raffle in any way.
§ 2 Participation
Participation in the internet raffle is free of charge and is reserved for persons of legal age who have an internet connection and an e-mail address and who are resident in Germany or Austria. Employees of Moving Adventures Medien, adidas TERREX and other companies involved in the organisation of the raffle may not enter. By participating in the raffle, you acknowledge and accept these rules. Any other form of participation is excluded.
§ 3 Access and Duration.
The game is only accessible via the Internet at the following address: www.eoft.eu/win/terrex-bike-republic. If the raffle or circumstances so require, the Promoter reserves the right to postpone, modify, cancel or renew the raffle. The Promoter shall not be held liable for any of the above. The Prize Draw will commence on 11/07/2024 and will run up to and including midnight on 26/07/2024. The prize will be drawn at the end of the raffle. The winner of the prize will be notified by e-mail.
§ 4 Conditions of participation
Participation in this game is voluntary. Only one entry per person/household is possible.

§ 5 Raffle principle
Participants must enter the raffle between 11/07/2024 and 26/07/2024.
§ 6 Determination of the winner.
The prize will be drawn among all participants who have confirmed their e-mail.
The winner will be notified of the prize by email on 29/07/2024. The name of the winner may be announced on the adidas TERREX and EOFT website or on Facebook and Instagram. The winner of the prize must contact the email address provided by Moving Adventures Medien and adidas TERREX by 12/08/24 at the latest, otherwise his/her prize will be forfeited.
§ 7 Prizes
Main prize: 2x2 mountain bike day tickets for the Bike Republic Sölden worth €55.50 each, redeemable until October 6th, 2024.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be paid out in cash.
§ 8 Presentation of prizes.
The winner will receive a digital voucher for 1x2 mountain bike day tickets worth €55.50 each via email. This voucher can be redeemed for the service listed on the voucher at the ticket offices of the Gaislachkoglbahn or Giggijochbahn upon presentation of an official photo ID.
A prize cannot be exchanged for other prizes, other services of equal or lesser economic value or cash. The prize is personal and cannot be transferred to another person.
Adidas TERREX reserves the right, due to force majeure or reasons beyond its control, to change the nature of the prize used during the course of the raffle or to substitute the prize with other prizes of equal value. Such substitution may not result in an exchange or refund. The personal data provided as part of this raffle will be treated confidentially in accordance with the German Data Protection Act (see adidas TERREX privacy policy).
§ 9 Liability and applicable law.
Legal recourse is excluded. The liability of adidas TERREX is limited exclusively to the value of the voucher. Moving Adventures Medien and adidas TERREX cannot be held liable for possible disruptions of the Internet or the corresponding links that occur due to unauthorised access to data or unlawful acts that in turn cause disruptions to the administrative process, security and order of the raffle. Moving Adventures Medien and adidas TERREX shall also not be liable for any errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions or loss of e-mails. Moving Adventures Medien and adidas TERREX also cannot be held liable for Internet congestion, the quality of Internet users' equipment, nor the quality of the Internet connection and resulting delays in transmission. These terms and conditions are written in German. German law shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is Munich.
